Cancellation policy.

ListKaro Pro is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing renews automatically.

Before payment

You can close the checkout window at any time before paying. No order is charged until Razorpay confirms the payment.

After payment

The licence key is delivered instantly, so an order cannot be "cancelled" in the usual sense. Instead, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days under the refund policy, and the key is deactivated.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, Razorpay or your bank normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If you were charged twice, contact us with both payment IDs and we refund the duplicate.
