This policy explains what [OWNER LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME] ("we") collects through the ListKaro Pro website (amzlistkaro.tinyclaw.online) and extension, and why. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email and WhatsApp number, the order amount, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. We use these to deliver your key, give support and process refunds.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. See Razorpay's privacy policy.
• When the extension checks your key: the licence key, a random device ID generated by the extension, the time, and the IP address of the request (used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
• Server logs: our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for, read or store your Amazon Seller Central, email or bank passwords or OTPs.
• Product profiles, settings and fee rates you save in the extension stay in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
• The Product Lens reads figures shown on the product page you have open, in your browser. We do not receive them.
• This website uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It stores your checkout details in your own browser (localStorage) so you do not have to type them twice.

AI features (Groq)

AI listing copy is generated by Groq, Inc. using your own Groq API key, which you enter in the extension and which is stored in your browser. When you use an AI feature, the extension sends the product details needed to write the text (for example product name, brand, attributes and your notes) directly from your browser to Groq's API. That request does not pass through our servers, and we never see your Groq key. Groq's own privacy policy and terms apply to that processing. Do not put personal data about other people into product details. If you do not add a Groq key, no data is sent to Groq.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run ListKaro Pro: Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider, and email/WhatsApp providers used to send your key. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is active and as required for tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years). Rate-limit records are deleted within a day.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@amzlistkaro.tinyclaw.online. Deleting your data also deactivates your key. We will reply within 30 days. This policy is intended to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
