These terms apply to the ListKaro Pro website at amzlistkaro.tinyclaw.online and the ListKaro Pro Chrome extension (together, "ListKaro Pro"), operated by [OWNER LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By buying or using ListKaro Pro you agree to them.

1. What you buy

A one-time payment of ₹199 gives you a personal, non-transferable licence key for the ListKaro Pro extension, usable on up to 2 devices at a time, plus the two bonus PDF guides. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate ListKaro Pro; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

2. Your responsibilities

• You stay responsible for every listing you submit. ListKaro Pro fills forms and drafts text; you check, edit and submit them yourself.
• You must follow Amazon's seller policies and the rules of any marketplace you use, including rules on product content, pricing, brands, category approvals and restricted products.
• AI features use your own Groq API key and Groq account. Groq's terms, limits and charges apply to that use.
• Do not share, resell or publish your licence key. We may revoke keys used on more devices than allowed or shared publicly.
• Do not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the extension or the PDFs.

3. No affiliation

ListKaro Pro is an independent tool. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; ListKaro Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Seller Central and product pages can change at any time; when they do, a feature may stop working until we update it. We will try to fix such breakages promptly but cannot guarantee a time.

4. Estimates and no guarantee of results

ListKaro Pro saves time on data entry and flags common mistakes. Fee, profit and sales figures it shows are estimates based on the rates you enter and on what is visible on a page; they are not official numbers. It does not guarantee orders, sales, rankings, profit or account health. AI-generated text can be wrong; review it before use.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy: full refund on request within 7 days of purchase.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ListKaro Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost sales or marketplace account actions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will not reduce what you already paid for.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY FOR JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction.
